Richard Dietzler, CPA

Rick is a partner of the firm with 40 years of experience. After graduating from the University of Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in July 1969, Rick joined what was then Kannenberg & Kieckhafer. In 1981, he became a CPA and in 1982 Rick joined the partnership.

Rick specializes in providing individualized tax and financial planning and compliance services for business and individual clients.

Rick is an active member of the community currently involved in Early Risers Kiwanis Club of West Bend - Treasurer, Education Fund of St. Frances Cabrini Parish, Board of Directors of Hartford Heritage Auto Museum, and member of the WICPA.

Mark Hauser, CPA

Mark is a partner of the firm with 30 years experience. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. After a few years with Ernst & Ernst (Now Ernst & Young), Mark began working at Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson. In 1995, he continued his dedicated service by joining the partnership.

Direct client involvement with quality workmanship at competitive prices is Mark's motto that has served clients well over the years. Mark specializes in financial accounting and auditing and also provides individualized tax, business accounting and advisory services.

Mark is an active member of the community currently involved in West Bend Noon Kiwanis Club, West Bend Community Foundation Board, and Board of Directors of St. Joseph Hospital, a division of the Froedert Health System. Mark is also a member of the WICPA and AICPA.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, tennis and fishing. He also enjoys weekends at the cabin up north with his wife Pat and two daughters and thier husbands.

Troy Hanson, CPA, RIA

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1993, Troy started working for KDHH. In 2002, Troy joined the partnership of the firm. He specializes in financial and tax planning for businesses and individuals, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Troy is a member of the WICPA and a Registered Investment Advisor.

Troy is an active member of the community who has served on many Boards of Directors.  He is currently President of the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Bid District Board.  He is also a Past President of the West Bend Noon Rotary and was awarded Rotarian of the Year in 2004.

During his free time, Troy enjoys hunting, fishing, and water sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family including his wife-Katrina, his 3 sons, and his stepdaughter.

Jon started working for the firm in 1996 and joined the partnership in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in Orange County, California. Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the honorary accounting organization, Beta Alpha Psi. Jon is currently a member of the AICPA and the WICPA.

Jon's community involvement includes Downtown West Bend Association, Saint Vincent De Paul, Welcome HOME, West Bend Beautification Committee and West Bend Economic Development Corporation. Jon enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Jim joined the firm in 1993 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He was born and raised in West Bend and a proud graduate of both Holy Angels and West Bend West High School. Jim specializes in tax planning and preparation while also working on many other tasks, and is a member of the WICPA.

When he is not working, Jim's main hobby is bicycle racing. He's been involved in cycling for many years and is a member of USA Cycling and Wisport. Being on teams has always been a big part of his life.

Lisa Sanborn, CPA

"The clients know their business - I'm here to help make the financial reporting better and to assist with the operations in any way I can." Lisa specializes in audits and nonprofit accounting. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Lisa has provided services to Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson since 1997. Her previous experience includes being auditor for a Big 4 accounting firm, an accountant in industry and in a nonprofit organization, and a teacher at a university. Lisa is a member of the WICPA and AICPA.

Lisa's community leadership includes serving on the board of Friends of Abused Families as vice-president and on the board of Leadership Group of West Bend as treasurer. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She is also an active volunteer for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. When time allows, she also enjoys reading.

Danielle Wills, CPA

Danielle Wills has been with the firm since 2003 and has an additional 3 years public accounting experience. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Danielle focuses most of her professional attention on tax planning an preparation, but also works with clients on business start ups, accounting and bookkeeping issues. Danielle is a member of the WICPA . Danielle is 2007 graduate of Leadership West Bend.

Danielle enjoys being a part of the community and is on the board of directors of the Volunteer Center of Washington County and Rising Professionals on the Move. Danielle's hobbies include running - including participation in the 2004 Chicago Marathon, going to auto races and decorating Christmas trees with her husband Steve, and playing with her daughter.

Jim is a 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Jim has a variety of work experience including public accounting, internal audit and accounting, and small business management. Jim has been on the Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson team performing audits, reviews and other accounting services since 2007. Jim is also a member of the WICPA.

Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He also enjoys travel, reading and golf.

Melissa Wiskerchen

Melissa joined the KDHH team in 2007. She specializes in tax planning and preparation and also works with accounting and bookkeeping. After receiving her Masters of Science in Taxation from UW Milwaukee, Mel worked in both industry and public accounting.

In her free time, Mel enjoys playing and coaching volleyball. She is also a leader of Children Church Ministries at Kettle Moraine Bible Church. Mel and husband Barry are looking forward to the birth of their first child.

Annette's main focus is on corporate and small business accounting. Her bookkeeping skills allow her to help clients depending on their needs and requests.

Annette has been active in the community by serving in various positions in her church. Currently, Annette's main focus is on her family and particularly on the care of her parents.

Debbie has worked at Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson since 1994. She assists with data entry, bookkeeping and other general services.

Debbie has over 30 years experience in bookkeeping, payroll, data entry, and office management. She has additional education in bookkeeping and office management. Debbie and her husband Harold own and operate the Harold E. Hanson Gallery. Debbie is the gallery manager and is responsible for all business operations. Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and family.

Linda is the friendly voice on the phone and face behind the front desk. She has over 20 years of receptionist experience and has worked at KDHH since 2003. Linda loves to ride her Harley. Linda is the proud parent of two grown children and four grandchildren.
