Meet Our Staff:
Troy Hanson, CPA
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1993, Troy started working for KDHH. In 2002, Troy became a partner of the firm. He specializes in financial and tax planning for businesses and individuals, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Troy is a member of the WICPA .
Troy is an active member of the community who has served on many Boards of Directors. He is a Past President of the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Bid District Board, and the West Bend Noon Rotary. He is currently President of the Kewaskum School Board.
During his free time, Troy enjoys hunting, fishing, water sports and watching his children participate in college sports. Troy’s family includes his wife-Katrina, his 3 sons - Jordan, Jason, Brady and his stepdaughter Ellie.
Jon Kieckhafer, CPA
Jon started working for the firm in 1996 and joined the partnership in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in Orange County, California. Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the honorary accounting organization, Beta Alpha Psi. Jon is currently a member of the AICPA and the WICPA.
Jon's community involvement includes Downtown West Bend Association, Saint Vincent De Paul, Welcome HOME, West Bend Beautification Committee and West Bend Economic Development Corporation. Jon enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Lisa Sanborn, CPA
"The clients know their business - I'm here to help make the financial reporting better and to assist with the operations in any way I can." Lisa specializes in audits and nonprofit accounting and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Lisa has provided services to Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson since 1997 and joined the partnership in 2018. Her previous experience includes being auditor for a Big 4 accounting firm, an accountant in industry and in a nonprofit organization, and a teacher at a university. Lisa is a member of the WICPA and AICPA.
Lisa's community leadership currently includes serving on the board of Friends of Lac Lawrann Conservancy. Previously she served on the boards of: Volunteer Center of Washington County, Friends, Inc., and Leadership West Bend. She is a member of West Bend Noon Rotary and serves as treasurer. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. When time allows, she also enjoys reading and being outdoors.
Danielle Wills, CPA
Danielle Wills has been with the firm since 2003 and became a partner in 2018. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Danielle focuses most of her professional attention on tax planning and preparation, and also works with clients on business start ups, accounting and bookkeeping issues. Danielle is a member of the WICPA and a 2007 graduate of Leadership West Bend.
Danielle enjoys being a part of the community and has been on the board of directors of the Volunteer Center of Washington County. Danielle's hobbies include running, going to auto races, decorating Christmas trees with her husband, and playing with her two kids.
Mark Hauser, CPA
Mark is a retired partner of the firm with over 30 years experience. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. After a few years with Ernst & Ernst (Now Ernst & Young), Mark began working at Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson. In 1995, he continued his dedicated service by joining the partnership.
Direct client involvement with quality workmanship at competitive prices is Mark's motto that has served clients well over the years. Mark specializes in financial accounting and auditing and also provides individualized tax, business accounting and advisory services.
Mark is an active member of the community currently involved in West Bend Noon Kiwanis Club and West Bend Community Foundation Board. Mark is also a member of the WICPA and AICPA.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, tennis and fishing. He also enjoys weekends at the cabin up north with his wife Pat and two daughters and thier husbands, and grandkids.
James Saueressig, CPA
Jim joined the firm in 1993 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He was born and raised in West Bend and a proud graduate of both Holy Angels and West Bend West High School. Jim specializes in tax planning and preparation while also working on many other tasks, and is a member of the WICPA.
When he is not working, Jim's main hobby is bicycle racing. He's been involved in cycling for many years and is a member of USA Cycling and Wisport. Being on teams has always been a big part of his life.
Jim Pitterle, CPA
Jim has been with the firm for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from UW-Milwaukee and has over 30 years experience. He has been working on audits for over 20 years. Jim has the philosophy: It isn’t just about the numbers. Listening to my clients helps me better understand how our services help them achieve their goals.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and golf.
Sarah Grube, CPA
Sarah graduated in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Since that time she has specialized in tax planning and preparation for individuals and closely held small businesses. She also assists her small business clients with accounting issues. Sarah is a member of the WICPA and a 2009 graduate of Leadership West Bend.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, their two kids and two bullmastiffs. She also enjoys trail riding with her mountain bike, reading, and weaving on her loom.
Annette has worked at Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson LLP since 1983. Annette joined the firm after graduating from Slinger High School. Annette's main focus is on corporate and small business accounting. Her bookkeeping skills allow her to help clients depending on their needs and requests.
Laura has been a member of the KDHH team since 1988. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Moraine Park Technical College. Laura specializes in helping clients with bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks.
Laura enjoys spending time with her family.
Sam joined the firm at the end of 2013. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a Bachelor in Accounting. Sam currently focusses most of his professional attention on bookkeeping and tax preparation.
In his free time, Sam enjoys camping and relaxing with family, friends, and pets.
